Adam, originally from Orlando, FL and Allie from Milwaukee, WI have worked in the food industry for over a decade.
They both have experience working in Italian restaurants and have always had a passion for pizza.
In fact, Adam's father went to school in Italy to become a certified Pizzaiolo and shared his knowledge with Adam.
As luck would have it, they found themselves in Northern Colorado; Adam in Loveland & Allie in Estes Park, managing restaurants. Two of their mutual friends introduced them, and the rest is history!
They started their dream of Mangia Mangia Pizzeria in a pop up shop, just on Mondays, thanks to a wonderfully kind Chef in town. From there, they built their brand while they had their beautiful food truck built out.
On August 4th, 2022, Mangia Mangia Pizzeria was brought to life!
Besides pizza, Adam & Allie love their two husky malamute mixes, Lander & Lambeau,
hiking, cooking, roadtripping & going to concerts, to name a few.
