How Our Catering Works
We are a very small operation, there are only 2 of us! Therefore, we work best for casual events where guests don’t expect to eat at the same time.
We will ask you to choose 4 pizzas from our menu to serve your guests.
If you’d like a custom menu, we can do that for an additional charge.
We will set up a buffet table in front of the truck with food on it for guests to serve themselves.
We will adjust according to the weather and move the table if needed.
We are happy to provide appetizers, salads, specialty pizzas & desserts for an additional fee.

We are happy to do as many courses for your group as you’d like, but we do have some group requirements.
For groups over 75 we require two courses.
For Groups 100-125 we require three courses or two courses with a variety of starters.
For Groups 125-150 we require three courses with a variety of starters.
We unfortunately cannot provide catering for groups over 150 people, unless multiple food trucks are present.
non-refundable deposit of 50% of total anticipated bill & signed contract required at time of booking.

25% Gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Our dough is made with Authentic, Italian “00” Flour, 2-Day formation. We pull our Own Mozzarella from curd.
