How Our Catering Works
We are a very small operation, there are only 2 of us! Therefore, we work best for casual events where guests don’t expect to eat at the same time.
We will ask you to choose 4 pizzas from our menu to serve your guests. If you’d like a custom menu, we can do that for an additional charge.
We will set up a table in front of the truck with pizzas on it for guests to serve themselves slices. We will adjust according to the weather and move the table if needed.
If you are interested in guests ordering their own pizzas, let us know & we can let you know if it is doable. In our experience, this leads to long wait times & is not doable for large parties.
We are happy to provide appetizers, salads & desserts for an additional fee.

Group Requirements:
For groups over 75 we require two courses.
For Groups 100-125 we require three courses or two courses with a variety of starters.
For Groups 125-150 we require three courses with a variety of starters.
We unfortunately cannot provide catering for groups over 150 people, unless there are multiple food trucks present.
Non-refundable deposit of 50% of total anticipated bill & signed contract required at time of booking.
Remaining Balance Due Upon the Completion of the Event.

Our dough is made with Authentic, Italian “00” Flour, 2-Day formation. We pull our Own Mozzarella from curd.
